An invigorating walk lasting approximately 75 minutes. This is a great low-intensity cardio option, and fun too!
The Spin
An indoor stationary cycling program great for all fitness levels. Bring your water and be ready to spin into fitness.
Pure Muscle
A strength training workout designed to sculpt and define your muscles. We use different equipment to keep workouts invigorating and fun.
Zumba
A great cardio workout with basic choreography and motivating music. You can work up a sweat and have fun at the same time.
Spin & Strength
A spin workout with intervals of pure muscle. This is a more intense level spin class and you’ll be able to feel the difference.
Step Intervals
A high energy class including intervals of step aerobics and pure muscle. This step class is more intense and you’ll feel the results.
Drumming
An invigorating kinetic cardio workout involving drumming on exercise balls and bosus. It’s a fun way to get a cardio workout in, especially when the weather is nice!
Step & Kick
A high energy class including intervals of step aerobics and kickboxing. Combining the constant movement of aerobics with the power of boxing.
20/20/20
This intense interval workout includes 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of kick and 20 minutes of pure muscle. You’ll cover all the bases.
P90X
A series of intense workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio and ab work. You’ll get a complete workout with this program.
The Circuit
Put your body to the test. This incredible speed, strength and agility workout consists of 90 second intervals at 20 different stations.
The Bosu
Balance and core strength. A cardio and strength workout that incorporates the use of the bosu and other weights and exercise equipment.

The Yoga
A gentle yoga class that will help you loosen hard working muscles, distress your body and lighten your spirit.
Pilates
A mat class based on the methods of Joseph Pilates. This workout will build strength, flexibility and balance.
Kick & Core
A high intensity class using a series of boxing moves with pilates to work your entire body. This is an effective combination.
The Blend
A class that incorporates the principles of yoga with core conditioning exercises. This is a great low intensity conditioning option.
Power Yoga
An intense stretching and conditioning class through the use of yoga poses. This class will put your balance and core strength to the test.
Barre Class
Elegance, balance and focus. Our barre classes utilize dancer sensibilities to strengthen systems of muscles without heavy cardio.
